It is one of our well known and most popular programs where we introduce people to the advantages of vegetarian nutrition. We teach people how to cook vegetarian food, mostly Vedic preparations. Vedic vegetarian kitchen is known as the oldest one.
We have two types of courses:
a) Standard course
b) Advanced course
Advanced course is for those who already have a diploma of standard degree. Course lasts for 3 weeks; three times a day every week (Mon-Wed-Fri at 6 pm). First we have theory part, where we talk about different explanations why it is better to be vegetarian. Second part is the practical part where we introduce different spices, and also the way of making delicious fruit, vegetable, milk and cereal meals. For those who want to learn more, we can show how to make prasadam - spiritual food. At the end of every cooking lesson we taste the preparations we have cooked.
