What is atma yoga?
Atma yoga comprise sets of Power yoga, Kundalini yoga, Pranayama exercises of breathing, easy and deep stretching and yoga psychology.
What makes atma yoga different from the other yoga’s?
Atma yoga is based on psychological component of yoga described in Vedas, primarily on vedic understanding of false ego or self. Atma Yoga helps to overcome our false ego. Most of other yoga systems disregard this component, so what you can get from them is flexible body, but also a big ego and stronger attachment to this body and other possessing. Atma yoga is meant for persons who want to become aware of their spiritual nature.
What is power yoga?
Power yoga is part of astanga yoga. It is a constant cycle of asanas - different body positions. Asanas are not human invent, but a gift of Lord Shiva, who described 8 400 000 positions, but only few are conserved. When you improve your energy flow, you also change the way of energy exchange with other people energies.
What is Kundalini yoga?
Kundalini yoga is practice of mechanical restoring the energy ways in the body, through the energy centers (chakras) and energetic body (aura). That is achieved by intensive kriyas (exercises) which are combinations of asanas (yoga positions), pranayamas (techniques of breathing), mudras (positions of fists), bandas (energetic closing) and mantras (holy sound vibrations). It is yoga of quick effect, very effective for nervous system because it refreshes and strengthens it. They call it yoga for modern spiritual warriors.
