Unlike the material world, the spiritual world is a place of perfect relations and exchanges. To help us become qualified to go into that eternal, antimaterial spiritual world, we should try to develop relations with each other full of love, understanding and tolerance.
Unfortunately, the very values which promotes civilization of today, is very far from the high spiritual - antimaterial standards. Every day we are exposed to violence, fears of various diseases, wars, famine, privation, and other factors that negatively affect our consciousness. Through modern means of communication basic forms of relations among people are falling apart, people withdraw themselves and spend most of the time in closed rooms without enough contact with others. Such a life leads to insecurity, psychological problems, aggressive action, depression, etc.
If you look at the material point of view, this world is made up of energy which is always present around us in its various forms. It is proved that the energy of a human body is most similar with the earth energy, and therefore it is most natural for him to be in nature, to be surrounded by nature, clean air and positive energy. On the other hand energy that is emanating from computers, TV, radio and other electronic "tools" are in complete contradiction with our energy and they are actually taking our energy. Most of us live in cities and we are forced to be surrounded by such energies but there is always a choice.
Following this principle often the members of our association and our community visit together different parts of our region which is full of beautiful woods, rivers and lakes…We always take with us big quantities of vegetarian food and on that way we refuel our batteries trough different interesting arrangements. Often we discuss about spiritual subjects, about the meaning of life and self realization etc. We sing bhajans ( spiritual meditative music ) and on the end we always dance in extatic kirtan (spiritual dance).
In this way we grow as a person, we learn about each other, develop the characteristics needed to become a true spiritual warriors, people who can and want to help others.
