Temple

 

We can categorize devotees in two groups: those who live in temple and those who live outside the temple.

Good community has to have both, if it´s possible. First we are going to talk about those who live inside the temple.

They are called adepts, persons who dedicated their lives to the Lord. We cannot come near Lord by the way we want it, but the way He prescribes; so our adepts try to inspire others on daily base to turn themselves to all absorbing Lord who is source of all happiness. Our adepts also take care of the temple, deities and the devotees who live outside the temple. This is the picture of us who live in temple.

So lets start from the begining...

 

Mohan das

Mohan

He was born 1th of August 1977. in Križevci. He is disciple of HH Bhakti Tirtha Swami. We can say that he is alpha and omega of the temple, in other words, he is serving as a temple president. Every available minute that he has, and there are not so many of them, he uses to study ancient Vedic writings. He is the one who started this whole project of spiritual community development. He likes to stay in India.

His expertises are – buying, selling, depositing and withdrawing. Among the different areas of expertise he is standing out as a first class grammar.

 

Adbhuta Datri devi dasi

Adbhuta

She was born 20th of October 1979. in Križevci. She is a disciple of HH Bhakti Tirtha Swami and is married for Mohan prabhu. Her main service is deity worshiping and cooking. She likes to read spiritual books and also she is familiar with different mystical and psychological subjects. That knowledge she is using to help others. She likes to dance and sing in Kirtan and Harinam.

She is very big expert in avant-garde and scarlet fashion.

 

Syama Rasa das

Born 13th of February 1980. He is disciple of HH Indradyumna Swami. He likes to play different instruments. In the time of his youth he used to play drums but today he is expert mridanga player. Also, he likes to study transcendental literature. After few years of traveling trough India and other mystical countries he decided to stay in Karlovac where he is serving as a temple commandeer.

His is mechanical engineer by calling, so he is also expert in knowledge about heat and thermodynamics and now he uses this expertise with the devotees in temple…

 

Dasaratha Suta das

Dasaratha

He was born 26th of May 1980 in Križevci. He is disciple of HH Radhanatha Swami. He is just finishing veterinary medicine in Zagreb. More than 20 years he is involved with music, playing in different orchestras and alternative bands. Today his music appetites are satisfied by playing different classical Indian instruments and also by singing. He is serving as a vice president of the temple and his department public relationships.

He is expert dramatic and actor, especially in the situations when this qualities are not needed at all.

 

Mahananda das

Mahanada

He was born 3th of January 1976. in Čakovec. He is disciple of HH Bhakti Tirtha Swami. He is professional cook by his calling. We think that he has a twin because he can work in the capacity of few people. He grew up on village so he learned confidential arts of cow protection and care. His great desire is to use that knowledge in our future farm project. Also he likes to be a manager.

His is expert is almost everything since he has big life school, in other words, he knows everything! We are so fortunate.

 

 

Gopal Bhatta das

Gopal

Born 13th of May 1971. in Senj. He is disciple of HH Bhakti Vikasa Swami. He is the oldest and the wisest devotee in temple. He likes to distribute books, dance, sing and eat traditional Vedic preparations, especially kitri and capati. He is expert baker and knower of folk sayings – sutras.

As young he trained in Football club “Nehay” and he scored historical goal for FC Rijeka in 89. Minute, but his carrier went in other direction.

 

Ragunatha das

Raghunatha

He was born 15th of December 1967. in Karlovac. He is disciple of HH Smitha Krishna Swami. He likes to sing, dance and swim… He has a big heart, whatever he has he wants to give to others… One of his nick names is "The forest one…" because more than anything he likes to stay in forest.

He has one special blessing, he can fall asleep anywhere, any time and in all circumstances which he is using very expertly. He can read nature sings on very special way.

 

Filip Brničević

Filip


The youngest resident of the temple, he is coming from Split. He appeared 9th of September 1987. Currently he is a student of electrotechnics and engineering collage in Zagreb. Here in temple his main service is Atma yoga. He is practicing yoga since 2002. and for last 3 years is also teaching it. His yoga practice included different types of yoga such as Hatha, Ashtanga, ,Bhakti… and finally he discovered Atma yoga together with spiritual life, which happened 2006.

He is expert in highly confidential spiritual subjects and he is also familiar with symptoms of ecstasy that can overcome him very easily.
